1. Start program

2. Select desired file size (you may hit escape at this point to quit)

3. Enter complete pathname of file to split

4. Enter pathname of the directory where you want the new files stored
   (this may be the same sub-directory as the original file, if desired)

5. The new files will be stored in the selected sub-directory with the
   same filename as the original, except they will have the suffix:
   .A, .B, etc

6. You will be given the option to delete the original file after a 
   succesful file split operation
